Ann Jäderlund (b. 1955) born and living in Stockholm, is before anything a poet, but has also written drama. She debuted in 1985 with the poetry collection Vimpelstaden. Rhythm is important in her poems, and she gives words meanings beyond colloquial language. In her collection Blomman och människobenet, Jäderlund studies the use of prose on the terms of poetry.
