Tiikerin tehtävät, published in February, is Helena Sinervo’s thirteenth poetry collection. In addition to poetry, she has written novels, essays, and children’s books, and has translated poetry. Sinervo has been awarded the Finlandia Prize and the Aleksis Kivi Foundation Prize, as well as the Dancing Bear Prize twice. She is an artist professor, and her poetry has been translated into more than thirty languages.
