Lucia Berlin was an American author famous for her short stories that skillfully conjure the sensory world. Different senses and sensations play a key role in Berlin’s writing – what do things look, smell, taste, and feel like. In this event, translators Kristiina Drews and Antje Rávik Strubel discuss translating Lucia Berlin’s literature. The event is hosted by Nora Varjama.
