Daniil Kozlov, known by the artist name Susinukke Kosola, is a St. Petersburg-born writer and literary multi-worker based in Turku, Finland. He has published three poetry collections, one genre hybrid work, and one novel, all of which have received critical acclaim, awards, and nominations. Kosola’s most recent work is RYSSÄ, a piece of deeply personal prose.
Kosola is also known as the founder of the publishing collective Kolera-kollektiivi, which focuses on poetry and socially engaged literature, as well as for his work as a spoken word performer. In addition, he conceived and leads the national Runografi project. Alongside his artistic practice, he teaches lyric writing, among others at the University of Turku, and works actively within his region’s literary scene.
