Literary walk to the Unlightened forest in Vuosaari

Sauli Seppälä, educational curator of Helsinki City Museum will tell us about history of Vuosaari. The walk will guide us to Raisa Marjamäki´s poetry performance in Uutela forest.

At the walk we get to know Vuosaari, and we will hear about the past fishing area of Häme people, 18th century tile factories to the 19th century villas. At the walk we hear also about naming the area, for example about quite recent name change from Mustalahti (´Black bay´)  to the Aurinkolahti (´Sunny bay´).
